Root-Lowell's commitment to quality goes far
beyond the excellent sprayer you buy. We have invested a great deal of time
and resources into building a top-notch Consumer Service Department. Through
our Consumer Service Hotline, our Flo-Master representatives can respond to any questions
you may have regarding maintenance, operation and repairs of your RL sprayer.
And this is where you can buy replacement parts for your sprayer.
This service is available year-round - Monday through
Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., Eastern Time. From March 1 through August 31,
it's also available on weekends - Saturday and Sunday, 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Through our Consumer Service Hotline, you have immediate access to our expert
knowledge and support for as long as you own your RL Flo-Master sprayer.
If you just bought your sprayer and have any questions,
problems, or seem to be missing parts, please do not return your
sprayer to the store. Instead, call our Hotline at
1-800-253-4642. Our representatives will be able to respond to your question
or request quickly and efficiently. Before you make your call, please have
your model number available.

Use & Care Guidelines
To ensure proper working of your RL Flo-Master sprayer, please follow these care and use guidelines:
- ALWAYS water test sprayer before each use.
- ALWAYS wear long sleeve shirts, long pants, goggles, gloves and durable shoes.
- ALWAYS READ AND FOLLOW label instructions for the chemical to be applied.
- AFTER USE release pressure and clean the sprayer.
- ALWAYS RELEASE pressure in sprayer before servicing.
- DO NOT alter the sprayer or any components.
- DO NOT spray flammable, caustic (i.e. acids, chlorines and bleach), corrosive, heated or self-heating solutions with this sprayer.
- DO NOT store liquids in the sprayer.
- NEVER fill tank above the “MAX FILL LINE” on the tank.
Help protect the environment. Please use chemicals carefully, according to the directions specified by the chemical manufacturer, and dispose of them properly.
Warning! This product is designed to spray
chemicals that may be harmful and could cause serious personal injury if
inhaled or brought into contact with the user. Failure to read and follow
operating instructions before use and/or misuse of this product could result in
explosive failure with major injuries.
