If you are still using a brush to apply cleaners, semi-transparent stains, sealants or waterproofers to your deck, fences, brick walls, concrete walks, or other wood and masonry around your home, you’re making extra work for yourself!!

RL Flo-Master offers a variety of sprayers designed specifically for use on wood and masonry.

Before you stain and/or seal your wood or masonry, you should clean it.  The 1201BC is designed for use with bleach or other harsh chemicals:

1201BC Bleach Sprayer

           1 gallon capacity
           All poly construction, no metallic parts to corrode
           Lock-on poly flow control for continuous spray
           Two nozzles included: flat fan patterned and a nozzle that adjusts from a               straight stream to a fine mist.
           Measuring cup included; nests into pump handle

For applying semi-transparent stains, sealants or waterproofers, RL Flo-Master offers a variety of sprayers. Please note that back-brushing is recommended for proper penetration and uniform finish.

The 3001MA Master Applicator is a multi-surface precision applicator. It can be used to apply cleaners, sealers, waterproofers and stains. It can be used with the telescoping handle and stain pads for applications on solid surfaces--vertical or horizontal; or by using the included sprayer conversion kit, it can be used as a sprayer for complex or ornate surfaces, such as trellises or fencing.

Special Information on Application and Use

1.         Pressurized sprayers, and their nozzles and flow controls, are designed to apply thin fluids. Using them for fluids             heavier that transparent stains will clog the sprayer and make it unusable.  Semi-transparent stains are OK, but             may have to be thinned. Other common fluids which can be used are sealers, UV protectors and the like; but the             same warning applies - they may need to be thinned. Please follow the fluid manufacturer’s guidelines as to             whether or not a sprayer is the right tool for your job.

2.         Under NO circumstances use a pressurized sprayer to apply paint.

3.         Regardless of the material you apply, it is extremely important to clean the sprayer thoroughly after each useage             so that residue does not clog or corrode the sprayer components. Use the method and/or solvent solution             recommended by the fluid manufacturer.
